New Google -and Facebook practices, as well as a significant new EU law which goes into effect in May, will force new ways of doing business with added responsibilities for the small business owner with an online presence. Non-participation can have significant consequences for us all, including fines.
Do you have questions? We do!
Our questions are so important! That is why we have invited Price and Brenda, the proprietors of Webservices.Dramatis, for a town hall Q&A. We have asked them to explain the changes, where the changes overlap and where they don’t, and to address our concerns. They are very good, and very patient, at explaining technology in a way us mere mortals can understand.
Price is a senior systems integration architect, network guru and game-programmer. Brenda was formerly an executive assistant and budget manager in technology; and budget manager/ negotiator in pilot/FA hotel administration. Since moving to France, they create websites, games, and write, here in the area.
To accommodate everybody’s misc. schedules as much as possible, Webservices will be at the bar for two Question & Answer sessions on MARCH 14TH at 15h00 and again at 19h00. THIS IS A VALUABLE, INFORMATIONAL TOWN HALL EVENT – FREE OF CHARGE.
All holiday homes, pub, restaurant, camping, B&B and other services business proprietors in the Vendee and Deux-Sevres areas are very welcome!
